MarketLiberiAll legal
How cash on delivery works for customers and Delivery Partners, including remittance, exact collection, and accountability.
This COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy explains cash-on-delivery rules for MarketLiberiAll customers and Delivery Partners. It restates cash and remittance rules already published in the Platform Terms of Service and the Delivery Partner Agreement. Where a signed schedule or current workspace instruction is more specific for a Delivery Partner engagement, that instruction controls for remittance timing subject to law.
Cash on delivery may be limited by county, value, customer history, delivery availability, product category, risk checks, or partner policy. A payment method is available only when enabled, lawfully supported, and ready for use. Delivery and cash remittance are separate facts. MarketLiberiAll may hold, review, cancel, or reverse a transaction if payment, custody, identity, or product evidence does not support the requested outcome.
By placing a COD order you make a binding offer to purchase at the listed price and terms shown at checkout. Order confirmation comes from MarketLiberiAll records. Prices, delivery fees, discounts, and taxes shown at checkout are calculated from MarketLiberiAll records and current settings. LRD and USD are always labeled when both are supported.
You must provide a reachable contact, safe delivery location, landmark or address details, and accurate instructions. You must be ready to pay the exact order amount and currency shown on the order record when the Delivery Partner arrives. Delivery partners may receive only the information needed to complete assigned work and must not use customer information outside the delivery purpose.
Delivery promises depend on serviceability, partner readiness, product handling, address quality, weather, safety, traffic, cash handling, and county coverage. Estimated times are guidance, not a guarantee, unless a separate written promise says otherwise.
A Delivery Partner who collects cash on delivery holds that cash for MarketLiberiAll and must remit it through the instructed process by the required deadline, ordinarily the same business day the cash is collected unless a written operations instruction says otherwise. Delivery completion and cash remittance are separate obligations.
Delivery Partner onboarding and safety acknowledgements require that COD cash must be deposited within 24 hours of delivery unless a current written operations instruction or signed schedule states a different lawful deadline. Platform money settings may configure the deposit deadline in seconds; the default platform deposit deadline is 24 hours (86,400 seconds).
Cash collection must match the order amount and currency. A Delivery Partner must not discount, increase, borrow, mix, delay, or use collected cash. Shortage, late remittance, false remittance, or misappropriation may lead to workspace restriction, payout hold, contract action, employment discipline where applicable, civil recovery, or referral to lawful authorities after review.
