How the Company handles fraud, abuse, and account suspension.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of the Platform Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or, where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or other users, at our discretion. We will give notice where practicable unless we reasonably believe notice would create a safety, fraud, or legal risk.
The Courier shall not solicit a customer to pay outside the Platform, substitute goods, or use customer personal data except to complete the accepted job. The Company may deactivate application access immediately for safety, fraud, theft, abusive conduct, or a material breach.
