It should be read with our Privacy Policy at https://maittes.com/legal/privacy (and at /legal/privacy on each Maittes or MarketLiberiAll host you are using). We do not treat continued browsing, alone, as consent for non-essential cookies. On your first visit you will see a cookie banner that allows you to accept or reject non-essential cookies, or to open Cookie Settings. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES AND SDKs

We may allow service providers to place cookies or SDKs when you use the Platform, and only in the categories you have allowed (except essential). Examples include analytics providers, payment processors (MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, or banks) that set cookies to complete a checkout, and social-media features if we add them. We choose which providers to use and remain responsible for that choice. Each provider has its own privacy and cookie information, which we encourage you to read. We will maintain a living cookie register (name, provider, duration, type) at https://maittes.com/legal/cookies as the Platform goes live.

How long cookies last

Session cookies expire when you close the browser or app and keep you logged in while you shop. Persistent cookies remain for a set period (from a few days to several months) to remember preferences. Exact durations will appear in the cookie register.

How to manage preferences

5.1 Banner and Cookie Settings

On your first visit the banner lets you accept all non-essential cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or manage categories. You can reopen Cookie Settings at any time from the footer link "Cookie Settings" or the equivalent in-app control. Rejecting non-essential cookies will not block essential cookies.

5.2 Browser and device settings

Most browsers allow you to view, delete, or block cookies (Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Cookies; Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies; Safari: Settings → Privacy). On mobile devices, review iOS Settings → Privacy or Android Settings → Apps → permissions. If you block all cookies, including essential cookies, some features (login, checkout) may not work.

5.3 Mobile app

The mobile application may use device identifiers and local storage in ways similar to cookies. Non-essential app analytics or marketing identifiers will be collected only after an in-app choice equivalent to Cookie Settings.

Do not track

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track signal. There is no universally agreed standard for responding to that signal. Our Platform does not currently vary its behavior solely because of a Do Not Track signal. Your banner and Cookie Settings choices control non-essential cookies regardless.

Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect technology or legal changes.
