The core rules for using MarketLiberiAll across marketplace, services, real estate, blog, partner, delivery, staff, admin, and mobile experiences.
These Terms form a binding electronic agreement between you and MarketLiberiAll, Inc., Coffee Farm, Caldwell, Montserrado County, Republic of Liberia. Electronic acceptance, account registration, order submission, agreement acceptance, and continued use are treated as electronic communications and electronic contract actions under Liberia law, including the Electronic Transactions Law of 2002.
MarketLiberiAll operates a Liberian commerce ecosystem covering marketplace goods, Quick Market, services, real estate discovery, blog and customer education, partner workspaces, delivery partner tools, staff workspaces, admin governance, and mobile apps. Some features may be available only in selected counties, account contexts, or release cohorts.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, transact, register as a partner, or perform delivery work. A person aged 13 to 17 may use customer education or browsing features only with parent or guardian involvement where permitted by law. The platform is not directed to children under 13.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your contact details current, protect your password, verification codes, devices, and session access, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity results from MarketLiberiAll systems or staff misconduct.
Public customer accounts and restricted partner, delivery, staff, and admin workspaces are separate. A customer account does not grant access to partner, delivery, staff, or admin workspaces. Restricted workspaces may require identity checks, document checks, training, step-up verification, or other readiness checks before tools become available.
MarketLiberiAll connects customers with independent sellers, service providers, real estate partners, Zor participants, delivery partners, and content experiences. Unless MarketLiberiAll is expressly identified as the seller or provider, the relevant third party remains responsible for the product, service, property information, or partner commitments they provide.
Listings, service offers, property information, reviews, comments, guides, sponsored placements, and partner profiles must be accurate, lawful, safe, and not misleading. MarketLiberiAll may review, hide, correct, restrict, remove, or preserve records for listings, content, accounts, or transactions when needed for customer safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or operational integrity.
Real estate pages support discovery, inquiries, viewings, offers, verified partner workflows, and education. MarketLiberiAll is not a substitute for independent legal, survey, valuation, title, tax, financing, or property-transfer advice.
Prices, delivery fees, discounts, commissions, loyalty amounts, wallet amounts, refunds, payout effects, and taxes shown at checkout or in the relevant workspace are calculated from MarketLiberiAll records and current settings. LRD and USD are always labeled when both are supported. Do not rely on a bare currency symbol without the stated currency.
Tax and GST treatment is a runtime legal setting and may differ by product, service, fee, location, seller status, or legal change. Older fixed-rate assumptions are superseded by the rate and treatment shown at checkout, on receipts, or in signed commercial records.
A payment method is available only when enabled, lawfully supported, and ready for use. MTN/Lonestar Cell MoMo, Orange Money, bank transfer, wallet, cash on delivery, card, or aggregator options may appear only where the relevant rail is enabled for the transaction. A payment screen, redirect, pending status, or customer screenshot is not final proof of payment. Final payment and refund status come from MarketLiberiAll records, provider evidence, reconciliation, and ledger entries.
Cash on delivery may be limited by county, value, customer history, delivery availability, product category, risk checks, or partner policy. Delivery and cash remittance are separate facts. MarketLiberiAll may hold, review, cancel, or reverse a transaction if payment, custody, identity, or product evidence does not support the requested outcome.
Delivery promises depend on serviceability, partner readiness, product handling, address quality, weather, safety, traffic, cash handling, and county coverage. Estimated times are guidance, not a guarantee, unless a separate written promise says otherwise.
You must provide a reachable contact, safe delivery location, landmark or address details, and accurate instructions. Delivery partners may receive only the information needed to complete assigned work and must not use customer information outside the delivery purpose.
Return, refund, cancellation, replacement, dispute, and warranty outcomes are governed by the Return and Refund Policy, the order record, product or service category, delivery evidence, safety and hygiene rules, payment status, prior remedies, and applicable law.
You must not use MarketLiberiAll for unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity. You must not bypass checkout, request off-platform payments from people you found through MarketLiberiAll, submit fake reviews, upload unsafe files, misuse customer or partner information, interfere with platform operations, scrape without permission, impersonate another person, or attempt to obtain tools or data that are not available to your account.
Partners must not list counterfeit, stolen, restricted, dangerous, or misrepresented goods or services. Delivery partners must not misreport pickup, delivery, proof, cash collection, location, incident, or return information. Staff, admins, and contractors must use access only for assigned business purposes and must not use confidential information for personal benefit.
Weapons are forbidden on MarketLiberiAll. You must not list, sell, offer, broker, advertise, or request firearms, ammunition, explosives, or other weapons through any marketplace, Quick Market, services, real estate, partner, delivery, staff, admin, or mobile surface. There is no weapons category and no weapons aisle on the platform.
Alcohol and tobacco (including nicotine and vape products) are not available for listing or sale on the public launch. Do not attempt to list, sell, or request those goods through MarketLiberiAll while they remain blocked.
MarketLiberiAll names, logos, software, designs, text, graphics, workflows, documentation, and brand materials belong to MarketLiberiAll or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse them except as allowed by law or written permission.
When you submit reviews, images, messages, profile content, documents, listing details, comments, or other content, you confirm you have the right to submit it. You grant MarketLiberiAll a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, moderate, transform, translate, promote, preserve, and use that content as needed to operate, market, secure, audit, and improve the platform, subject to privacy commitments and legal retention duties.
Rights holders may report alleged intellectual property infringement to [email protected] with contact details, the right claimed, the affected listing or content, evidence, and a good-faith statement. A partner or user may respond with evidence showing lawful use. False, abusive, or bad-faith notices may lead to account restrictions.
MarketLiberiAll may limit, suspend, close, or refuse access where needed to address safety, fraud, unpaid amounts, abuse, legal requests, risk signals, sanctions concerns, document issues, repeated policy violations, payment mismatch, delivery incident, or other operational risk.
When access is limited, some account features may remain available for notices, support, appeal, data requests, open orders, balances, legal holds, tax records, and dispute handling. Account closure does not erase records that MarketLiberiAll must retain for law, accounting, fraud, safety, dispute, tax, audit, or payment reconciliation.
MarketLiberiAll is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the platform reliable, secure, accurate, and fair, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, guaranteed partner performance, guaranteed sale results, guaranteed delivery timing, or guaranteed availability of every payment or communication channel.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MarketLiberiAll is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. For a customer claim arising from a paid order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order unless applicable law requires a different remedy. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia. Please contact support first so we can investigate and resolve the issue. If a dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, it may be submitted in Monrovia, Liberia under the dispute process stated in the applicable agreement, order record, or company bylaws, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
We may update these Terms when the platform changes, law changes, providers change, policies change, or risks require clarification. Material changes will be announced through the platform, account notice, email, or another reasonable channel before or when they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
