MarketLiberiAll, Inc. operates the Platform under the following trade names and products: Maittes; Maittes Partners; Maittes Services; Maittes Homes; and Maittes GO. Quick Market is the Company's first-party retail brand. Maittes is the public commerce service of MarketLiberiAll, Inc.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM. By accessing or using the websites, mobile applications, and APIs at marketliberiall.com, maittes.com, and related subdomains (including api.marketliberiall.com and api.maittes.com) (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and MarketLiberiAll, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Liberia. Electronic contracts and signatures are recognized under the Liberia Electronic Transactions Law of 2002.
Effective date. These Terms take effect on the Public Launch Date written above or, if earlier, on your first public use of the Platform.
1.1 The Company and the Maittes brands
MarketLiberiAll, Inc. (the "Company," "we," "us") operates the Platform under the following trade names and products: Maittes; Maittes Partners; Maittes Services; Maittes Homes; and Maittes GO. Quick Market is the Company's first-party retail brand.
1.2 Two selling models — read the listing
The Platform has two distinct selling models. You must look at the listing and the checkout receipt to see which applies to your order.
Quick Market (first-party). Where a listing or receipt identifies Quick Market or the Company as the seller, the Company is the seller of record. The contract of sale is between you and the Company. The Company is responsible for the quality, accuracy of the Company-authored description, and fulfillment of that order, subject to these Terms and the Return and Refund Policy.
Marketplace (third-party). Where a listing identifies a third-party shop or Vendor as the seller, that Vendor is the seller of record. The Company is an intermediary, logistics facilitator, and collection agent. The Company is not the buyer or seller of those goods. The Company still operates the seven-day guarantee described in Section 5 as a Company promise to you.
1.3 Other products
Maittes Services is a booking marketplace on which independent service providers offer appointments or jobs. Unless a listing says the Company itself is providing the service, the service provider is responsible for the service, and the Company is an intermediary and collection agent.
Maittes Homes is a listing and discovery platform for land and residential property. The Company does not warrant title, does not act as a licensed real-estate broker unless it is separately licensed and says so on the listing, and does not hold land-purchase deposits until advised in writing that it may do so. A listing marked "Verified" means the listing partner's identity was checked under the Company's KYC process. It does not mean that title is clean, that a survey is correct, or that the property is free of encumbrance or fraud. You must obtain independent legal, survey, and title advice before paying anyone for land or a lease.
Maittes GO is the Company's delivery operation. Couriers who deliver for Maittes GO are independent contractors engaged under the Maittes GO Courier Agreement. They are not employees of the Company.
Maittes Partners is the vendor portal through which third-party merchants list goods.
1.4 Collection agent; not a payment service
The Company collects payment as a collection agent. The Company is not a trustee of customer funds, a deposit-taker, or a licensed payment-service provider. Customer and vendor money may be held in the Company's accounts pending delivery, the seven-day return window, and payout.
1.5 Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.
2.1 Eighteen and over only
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account, make a purchase, book a service, list property, or register as a Vendor. The Platform is not directed to persons under eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. We do not offer accounts to persons aged thirteen (13) to seventeen (17), even with parental consent. If we learn that a person under eighteen has registered, we will close the account and delete personal data subject to legal retention duties. We may request proof of age at any time.
2.2 Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; to maintain and promptly update it; to keep your password confidential; and to notify us immediately of unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3.1 Order placement
By placing an order you make a binding offer to purchase the described goods at the listed price. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order-confirmation notification from the Platform.
3.2 Pricing
LRD is the primary currency and USD is secondary. Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) or Liberian Dollars (LRD) as indicated on the listing. Amounts are always labeled. Do not rely on a bare currency symbol without the stated currency. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If a price is shown in both currencies, the listing or checkout will state which amount is charged. We may correct pricing errors. If we do, we will notify you and you may proceed at the corrected price or cancel at no charge. GST and other tax treatment follow Liberia Revenue Authority rules then in force. This document does not invent a tax rate.
3.3 Payment methods
A payment method is available only when enabled, lawfully supported, fully configured, and ready for use. Storefronts and apps must fail closed: they must not invent a payment rail, treat a screenshot, pending status, or redirect as final payment, or show a disabled teaser for a Founder-off or unintegrated provider. Methods the Platform may offer when ready include MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, bank transfer (where available), and cash on delivery in designated delivery zones. Orange Money appears only when it is actually available. We do not store full payment-card details or mobile-money PINs.
(a) Last-mile delivery is provided by independent Maittes GO Couriers (Delivery Partners), not Company employees, or by such other lawful means as we arrange. Estimated times at checkout are not guarantees. Hours estimates apply only when origin and buyer are in a live Maittes GO range. A staff process or cargo ticket is not a warehouse, FBT, or distribution-center network. MarketLiberiAll does not operate a fulfillment-by-Maittes warehouse network until a hub exists.
(b) The platform supports activity across all 15 counties of the Republic of Liberia. At launch, Maittes GO hours delivery is available in Greater Monrovia: Sinkor, Paynesville, Bushrod Island, Congo Town, and Caldwell. We may expand zones later and will update this Section or the checkout map. Do not treat a process path as same-day GO hours outside a live range.
(c) You must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If an order cannot be delivered after three (3) delivery attempts, it will be returned to the Vendor or to a Quick Market facility, and you may be charged a reasonable re-delivery fee disclosed before the extra attempt or on the receipt.
(d) Risk of loss and title for marketplace items pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. For Quick Market items, risk and title pass to you upon delivery to that address.
5.1 Grounds (evidence required)
You may request a return within seven (7) calendar days of delivery if the product is: defective or damaged on arrival; significantly different from the product description on the Platform; counterfeit or not as advertised; or the wrong item. You must provide photographic or video evidence of the issue. This guarantee is not an unconditional return. Changing your mind about an item that is as described, functional, and correctly delivered does not qualify.
5.2 Process
To initiate a return: (1) contact Customer Support via the app, website, or [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of delivery; (2) provide photos or video of the issue; (3) await a decision (within two (2) business days); and (4) if approved, return the item in its original condition using the Maittes GO pickup we arrange.
5.3 Who pays you; recoupment from vendors
Approved refunds are processed within five (5) business days after we receive and verify the returned item, to the original payment method, as store credit if you ask, or as cash on pickup for cash-on-delivery orders. The Company honors this seven-day guarantee at the product price. For marketplace orders, the Company pays you first and then recoups from the Vendor under the Vendor Merchant Agreement. Vendor proceeds are held until seven (7) calendar days after delivery before they become eligible for vendor payout. We are not responsible for delays caused solely by payment processors or mobile-money providers.
5.4 Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned except where they arrive damaged, defective, spoiled, or wrong: perishable food; opened personal-care or hygiene products; digital products, airtime, vouchers, and gift cards once delivered or redeemed; items assembled, installed, or altered after delivery; items listed as final sale or non-returnable; and custom-made or personalized items.
5.5 More detail
The Return and Refund Policy states these rules in customer-plain language. If that Policy and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.
You agree not to use the Platform to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or reviews; harass, threaten, or abuse any Vendor, Courier (Delivery Partner), or other user; conduct off-platform transactions with Vendors you found through the Platform; use automated bots or scrapers without authorization; introduce viruses or malicious code; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Liberian law. Weapons are forbidden. You must not list, sell, offer, broker, advertise, or request firearms, ammunition, explosives, or other weapons through any Maittes or MarketLiberiAll surface.
For marketplace listings, the purchase is a transaction between you and the Vendor. We require Vendors to meet quality standards, but except for the seven-day guarantee in Section 5 we are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, safety, or legality of items listed by third-party Vendors. For Quick Market listings, the Company is the seller and Section 1.2 applies. If you have a dispute about a marketplace item, we will assist under the seven-day guarantee.
8.1 Company IP
All content on the Platform — including logos, trade names (MarketLiberiAll, Maittes, Maittes Partners, Maittes Services, Maittes Homes, Maittes GO, Quick Market), software, design, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of MarketLiberiAll, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
8.2 User-generated content
By posting reviews, photos, or other content, you represent that you have the right to post it and grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and publish that content to operate the Platform and to display the review or content in connection with the relevant listing. You may request removal by contacting us; we will remove it within a reasonable time unless we are legally required to retain it.
8.3 Intellectual-property complaints
Rights-holders may submit a complaint to [email protected] with: (a) name, contact details, and a description of the rights claimed; (b) the listing URL; (c) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and (d) a signed statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorized to act. We may remove or disable allegedly infringing listings pending investigation. A Vendor may submit a counter-notice within five (5) business days with proof of the right to sell. We shall reinstate compliant listings within three (3) business days of a valid counter-notice. False complaints or counter-notices violate these Terms.
The Platform does not accept SVG files for user or partner uploads.
9.1 Disclaimer
EXCEPT FOR THE SEVEN-DAY GUARANTEE IN SECTION 5 AND ANY NON-EXCLUDABLE STATUTORY RIGHT, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MAITTES HOMES LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF TITLE.
9.2 Cap
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE ORDER VALUE IN DISPUTE OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY ON THE PLATFORM IN THE NINETY (90) DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS CAP DOES NOT LIMIT THE COMPANY-RUN SEVEN-DAY GUARANTEE, WHICH IS HONORED AT THE PRODUCT PRICE. THIS CAP ALSO DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THE COMPANY'S NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR THE COMPANY'S FRAUD. THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
11.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia. They constitute a valid electronic contract under the Liberia Electronic Transactions Law of 2002.
11.2 Consumer disputes — courts of Montserrado County
Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a consumer purchase shall first be submitted to Customer Support at [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may bring a claim exclusively in the courts of Montserrado County, Republic of Liberia. Consumer customers are not required to arbitrate grocery, retail, or other consumer purchase disputes, and the International Chamber of Commerce Rules do not apply to those disputes.
Vendor, investor, employment, and independent-contractor disputes are handled under those separate contracts and are not governed by this Section 11.2.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform or email. Continued use after the stated effective date of the update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or, where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or other users, at our discretion. We will give notice where practicable unless we reasonably believe notice would create a safety, fraud, or legal risk.
