Do not conduct off-platform transactions with Vendors you found through the Platform. Do not send land-purchase money to a personal Mobile Money wallet because a listing appeared on Maittes Homes. Use your own lawyer and licensed surveyor in Liberia.
A listing marked "Verified" means the listing partner's identity was checked under the Company's KYC process. It does not mean that title is clean, that a survey is correct, or that the property is free of encumbrance or fraud.
